I'm sorry you were treated for breast cancer a while back. It is very normal for people to be worried about symptoms or other changes they notice in their bodies after having cancer but there can be many reasons other than the cancer returning.

Unfortunately no one here can say what this lump is being caused by so it really would be best to have it checked out just to be sure. If needed the doctor can arrange more tests to find out more.

As I say there could be a simple and non serious reason for the way you feel but do get seen when you can.
