Hi aza,same happened to my sister's they were told cut was normal be will go away in few weeks, but I would still get it checked just for peace of mind.
She said it appeared ,she went to dr's without anyone knowing and Dr said it was normal lots of ppl had same problem , but me being me I would still get it checked asap just peace of mind and you can sleep.
Whilst the covid vaccine can cause lymph nodes to swell there could be many reasons for this lump. Unfortunately no one here can say for sure what this is and therefore we suggest arranging an appointment with your GP to check it out.
Most lumps are harmless and around the armpit can swell due to a current or recent infection, an ingrowing hair, local skin reaction or irritation and only in small number are due to something more serious like cancer. However if lumps persist or get worst it is always safer to get them looked at to be sure.
