So I am 18 years old, a couple weeks ago I noticed puss coming out of the centre of my nipple, it would happen everyday and still is. There's is a very small hole in that area and my nipple is now turning purple. Any one got advice?
I understand that you must be very worried so all I can recommend is seeing your GP and getting it looked at. Better to be safe than sorry. Always worth getting things checked out.

There is a condition called periductal mastitis which is a benign (not cancer) condition which women can get at any age but it is only a doctor who will be able to confirm what it could be. You can read about periductal mastitis here
Breast Cancer at your age is uncommon it is normally more common in your 50's and 60's.
I hope you manage to make an appointment soon even if it is for your own peace of mind. You may also find that you need a course of antibiotics but of course I can't be sure.
