I would make a doctors appointment when they reopen probably Tuesday locally. You may have a cyst that needs antibiotics if it's leaking. Keep the area clean and dry, Take some pain relief if you need some. And see the doctor soon.

I see that you have been given some good advice already by Alfieisastar.

I'm afraid we can't say what might be the matter (diagnose) but it’s possible you may have a Bartholin's cyst. This is a harmless non-cancerous cyst.  You can read more about Bartholin's cysts at this link. 

But only a doctor can make a medical assessment, so we always encourage people to make an appointment see their GP.. Doctors are trained to assess symptoms and can arrange tests if they feel it’s necessary to try to find out what might be going on.
