Hello all,

After waiting just over a year (thanks covid!) for treatment, I (hopefully) am getting my ectropian cauterised tomorrow and then a mirena coil fitted in the hope that it stops post sex bleeding and strengthens the area after being damaged due to the pill.

I'm super scared that after all of this time, they'll do this and I'll still have post sex bleeding (happens during too, yay!). Please can someone say if they've gone down the same route as me?

Did it work? Did it not work? Is there anything I should request whilst being treated?

I would really appreciate any support or advice.

I really hate that I bleed when I have sex and I am scared this is just how it's going to be forever :-(
