I am sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed with endometrial cancer, it sounds like you could have received a letter about it.
Hopefully you will also have had or will have soon an appointment to discuss this further. It looks like from other posts you have had or will be having scans. So once all the results are known your specialist gynaecology team will get together to plan your treatment and let you know what it is.
