I don't know why you are getting this extreme breast pain when you are cold, I haven't come across something like this before and it doesn't really sound normal, so I think it would be a good idea to speak to your GP about it and get their input.

As a general rule it would be unusual to develop a breast cancer in both breasts, each with the same symptoms at the same time, so another explanation is probably more likely. But it is best to get proper medical advice from your doctor to be on the safe side.
