I'd just like some reassurance that cancer normally presents with a higher CA125 than 135. I had a fallopian tube and ovary removed last April due to a dermoid cyst which they were worried was an immature teratoma until the histology came back. My CA125 was only 54 when they were concerned last time. My partner has stage 4 melanoma. I'm worried as we're all our kids have.
I know it could be anything causing inflammation but I'm paranoid.
