I am sorry to hear you are experiencing some breast pain, do talk this through with your doctor if this is bothering you.
Whilst joint and muscle pain can be a side effect for anastrazole, breast pain isn't associated with it as far as I can see.
I do understand that some patients do seem to agree better with certain brands of medications however I don't seem to be able to find a link between the Manx brand and breast pain.
Hopefully other forum users who are in a similar position may jump on here to share and comment on their own personal experience with you.
If not do speak to your own doctor or breast care nurse about this, in case they want to assess you further.
