Chest xray showed "Minor increase in denisity projected over left anteriorl ribs (6 and 7.)" Does anyone know what this means. Is it the same as a shadow? Haven't slept all night as I am worried it could be a primary or secondary cancer.
As we are not involved in your care and do not have the full picture as to why you were having a chest xray in the first place it is really only your doctors who can interpret the results.
I can understand how unsettling it is when you read results and try and work out what it means but do chat this through with your doctors who should be able to tell you more.
Try not to jump to any conclusions about what it means until you have more information.
