We are not able to diagnose anyone on the forum but it is reassuring to know that your ultrasound did not show anything suspicious on your raised lymph nodes. I am sure if they had shown anything that looked suspicious then they would have taken a biopsy. Ultrasounds are the gold standard test for looking at swollen lymph glands.

There are any number of reasons why people get rashes which may be because of a reaction to a shower gel or washing powder so try to use gentle products for sensitive skin and a non biological washing powder which might help clear up the rash. If it still does not appear to be clearing up then do let your GP know or you could also ask the advice of a pharmacist.
