Your doctor will go through your biopsy results with you so that you get a more accurate answer, so waiting to speak to them would be better, but I understand it's hard to wait.
What I can tell you is that lymph nodes are reactive and swollen when they are fighting off infection. So it is part of the body's natural immune system response for the lymph nodes to be reactive to any viruses or bugs that it is exposed to.
Hopefully you will have an appointment soon to go through this with you in more detail but until then do try and keep yourself busy so that your mind is distracted. This might help time pass until you get all the answers that are specific for you.
