Unfortunately, as nurses, we can't assess symptoms, or give a medical opinion on this forum. There could be many reasons for your issue. Most people experience balance issues as they get older. Regular exercises, and guided Pilates exercises may help
May I suggest that you speak with your GP, or maybe a qualified physiotherapist, (although this may be quicker via a non NHS private physio appointment).
You can ring NHS 111 for medical advice as well.
