I have been feeling ill and run down for over 3 weeks and have started feeling tired now have found a lump that hurts in my inside leg it's soar to the touch plz advise
I would ring the surgery and ask to speak to your dr, as they are the only ones who can advise you if you need referral or not. I hope they are able to help you.

I'm afraid we are unable to diagnose or tell anyone if anything is the matter. Lumps can have straightforward medical explanations such as infection. But only a doctor can make a medical assessment so the best thing to do is to make an appointment with your GP (family doctor) if the lump doesn't settle just to be on the safe side.
It’s more likely you will be offered a telephone appointment initially with your doctor. After the consultation, if they feel they need to see you, they can offer you a face to face appointment.
