Small,pea sized lump on nose bridge.

Hi,I'm 23 and female. About a week and a half ago I woke up and noticed a hard,pea sized lump on the bridge of my nose. I get acne quite bad on my face so just assumed it was that but it doesn't hurt at all so I'm not so sure now. It seems to move when I try to move it but I'm still not assured that its not skin cancer or something like that and it's ruining my day to day life because I'm so worried about it. Family members tell me to just keep an eye on it and they don't seem concerned but I thought it would've gone away by now if it was a pimple.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

    I am sorry to learn that this lump is worrying you so. 

    Most lumps don't turn out to be caused by anything too serious, but if this lump persists, I think the best thing to do would be to get it checked out by your GP. Only a doctor is going to be able to make an assessment so try and make an appointment now in case you have to wait to get one - you can always cancel if the lump starts to go away. Hopefully they will be able to give you some peace of mind. 

    Try not to worry and keep an open mind.
