We are not able to diagnose anyone on this forum and it is always a good idea to get in touch with your GP if your symptoms continue.

If you have had a recent infection the chances are this is the reason why your lymph node in your neck are swollen. Lymph glands can come up when an infection is present and then they can remain raised for a couple of weeks or sometimes even longer. The NHS have some information about swollen lymph gland after an infection which you can see here

Try and rest, drink plenty of fluids, take paracetamol (if you need to)  and if your symptoms don't get better then make an appointment to see your GP.
