I'm 62, have an abdominal mass and a CA 125 level of 300. I've just read that a high level like this is a good indication of cancer in a postmenapausal women. I'm really struggling to deal with the anxiety, not sleeping or eating
I am sorry to hear that you are having tests and investigations. I can appreciate your concern about the CA125 level however until more is known will you know if this indicates you have cancer.
The CA125 is far from a perfect test, it measures inflammation and this is not always due to having cancer. It looks like you may need further tests and possibly a biopsy, so until then will you know what is the matter.
