The speed with which biopsy results come back depends on capacity in the local pathology service laboratories, so it can vary. It can also depend on how urgently the results were asked for by the doctor taking the biopsy. So some people might wait a couple of weeks while others might be waiting 4-6 weeks or longer.
I am not sure of the circumstances, but you could try contacting the doctor who took the biopsy or someone from that specialist team to chase it up. You could also talk to your GP and see what they can tell you.
