I'm afraid we are unable to tell you if your testicular lump is anything to be worried about. But testicular lumps are common and are usually due to swollen veins or fluid filled cysts rather than cancer that you can read more about here. 

It's good that you are getting the lump checked out by your GP. We always encourage people to make an appointment with their GP if their symptoms are persisting. Doctors are trained to assess symptoms and can arrange tests if they feel it’s necessary to try to find out what might be going on.
