People vary in the side effects they experience with hormone treatment so it's difficult to say how you will be affected when changing from letrozole to tamoxifen whilst on zoladex.  It's often seeing how things go over time. There are potential side effects with both zoladex and tamoxifen and you can read more about them here  and  here.

The charity Breast Cancer Now have a forum where woman post different experiences. I see there is a thread dedicated to women taking zoladex and tamoxifen which you might find helpful to read.
