I am very sorry to hear about your Nan's situation and appreciate what a difficult time this must be.
From what you say it sounds like your Nan is becoming less well and may well be nearing the end. We have more information about what to expect in the final days when someone is dying here.
The thing to say is every one is different and it can be difficult to predict how someone will be and what will happen towards the end. Do try and talk to the palliative care nurses as they will be experienced with this sort of thing and may be able to gage roughly how long your Nan may have.
Let the nurses know about any changes or concerns you may have as well so they can assess her and make sure your Nan is kept as comfortable as possible.
