It is usual to have to wait for most blood tests to be done and that includes the CA125 test.  There are only a very few type of blood tests that need to be done urgently such as those to diagnosis a stroke or heart attack and they are usually only done within a hospital.  I also think getting it done within a week is actually quite quick.
