Hi Dylan and welcome to the forum.
Coming across unusual lumps or bumps can be worrying but you've taken the right course of action by seeking out help and advice.
Our nurses work between 9a.m - 5p.m so you will get a more detailed response from them tomorrow but if you're seeking medical advice this evening you can contact the NHS on 111.
You can also call your GP surgery in the morning to book an appointment. They will be able to take a look at this for you and let you know if this is any cause for concern.
Hopefully that won't be the case but it's always good to see a medical professional for peace of mind.
Kind regards,

Hello Dylan_McD2 and thanks for posting,
With any new lump on the testicle our advice is always to see the GP and get examined, but most of the time nothing serious will be going on. See what the NHS website says about testicular lumps at this link.
I hope you can arrange an appointment easily to get yourself checked out.
Give us a ring if you want to talk something over. The number to call is Freephone 0808 800 4040 and we are around weekdays 9-5.
Best wishes,
Julia
