Hello, I'm 24 and I've just found a hard lump the size of a pea inside my inner labia, I noticed that I was getting a slight pain and then noticed the lump, I'm freaking out
It sounds like you are worried about this. Unfortunately, we are unable to diagnose this lump on your labia, but it sounds like it could be a Bartholin cyst (fluid filled sacs). These are very common non cancerous small lumps or cyst . The NHS have some information about them here.
We usually suggest talking to your GP if you notice changes in your body that are worrying you They will be able to assess you. It does not sound like like anything serious, but because we can't say for sure, we would always say to anyone with new symptoms to get them checked out.
