Hi guys newbie here..
The past few months I have had a very sore throat , my voice has changed (very hoarse) the left side is so painful, I feel like there is something stuck in my throat when eating or drinking, my ear hurts too.. been to the docs they say laryngitis but I'm not convinced. I have no tonsils and nothing seems to budge it. I went onto Google and put my symptoms in and now I'm here, could it be cancer? I'm so scared xxxx
