I receiverd a Bowel cancer screening kit in the post.

I messed it up because i got urine on the poo.

Before taking the poo sample, I had a wee.

Then I put a "potty" over the loo.

More wee came out, even though i thought i was empty.

The sample was spoiled.

I don't know how to avoid this, i poo first thing on a mornig

I did think there was no more wee left in my blader, but there was.

What is the best way to poo without coverring it with wee?

How can i be sure my bladder is empty?
