I have Gall Bladder Adenocarcinoma HER2 POSITIVE and it has spread to my lung and Liver. I had 2 Gemcis Regimes and was told my lung was clear and Gall bladder and liver tumours were still the same size and not progressed. I was offered a trial of ZW25 Zanidatamab but hadnt been able to attend as the tumours had not Progressed which is understandable. Last Friday 14th october i had progression of tumours and told i could have a compassionate use of the drug and had an Appointment on 26th October at another Hospital.So went all the way to London to be told the drug was free but had to pay between £1000and £2000 for  my care care,as the NHS would not fund it, i havent that sort of money and feel let down. All the way to London yesterday to the Hospital, i was worn out and upset and feel cheated not by the Consultant but the system and lack of communication.
