Mine have either been made by the dr in the surgery at the appointment or by me on the computer using code from the drs appointment. They do confirm by post.

You might get a call but they may not leave a message. You may get a letter, especially if they could not contact you. I think the best thing to do is to ring the breast clinic yourself to find out if you have an appointment and explain your situation.
