I am very sorry to hear about your wife's situation with regard to the removal of her PICC line.

I'm afraid we don't know if the nurses working for private agencies in your area are trained to remove PICC lines so are unable to recommend someone, but you could make your own enquiries. I found some agencies looking on the Yell.com website at this link. 

It may be worth asking the GP or community nursing service matron/manager to liaise with other communityor hospital based services to see whether they can help at all. I think you need to press them to find a solution for your wife, you may want to take raise a concern or make a complaint about what has happened.

I am not sure if your wife is under the care of a community based palliative care team. Palliative care teams include nurses and they specialise in controlling symptoms. If needed the GP should be able to refer your wife to one of these teams, I don't know if they would be able to remove the PICC line.
