Good afternoon, I got back some abnormal test results and am wondering what they mean.
Faecal Calprotectin: 68ug/g.
(normal range: 0-50)
FIT test: >400ug/g.
(normal range: 0-9)
I know the FIT test looks for blood and I am shocked as I didn't see blood when I took the test. I don't know what the faecal calprotectin looks for.
My main symptoms right now are weight loss, tummy pain and constipation.
