I can appreciate waiting for your appointment is worrying.

Try not to google and second guess a diagnosis, as this rarely helps. It's important to get these things checked out, and do try to keep an open mind, as many breast lumps seen at clinic are not serious.

I hope you know more soon but try and put it to the back of your mind for now and instead keep yourself distracted and busy with other things.
