We are unable to tell anyone on the forum what the matter is, but it is good to hear that you have had a chat with your dad. Lumps and bumps are very common and they are often nothing to worry about.

Cancer when you are young is not common. If you have concerns, then do make an appointment with your GP so they have a look at the bumps on your head.

The forum is not the place to diagnose (tell people what is wrong).

If you still remain worried then do make an appointment with your GP.
