I was diagnosed with a small tumour in my right breast last December and had a lumpectomy and radiotherapy in April this year.

This week I've been informed that a lesion has been detected in my left breast and next week I have a CT scan with contrast as I have general aches in my back and shins with some breathlessness into the mix of new symptoms.

From earlier on last year I was getting night cramps in my legs but the last couple of months the pain has been off the scale as it feels like my muscles feel like they are being wrung like a wet towel.

The pain is so severe it wakes me up and my feet go into distorted spasms.

Taking quinine does not help.

I was wondering if my electrolytes were out of balance but bloods clear.
Anyone else suffering cramps?

Any ideas on how to prevent the cramps or the cause of them?
