What you're describing, is likely to be cells on the outside of the cervix, called cervical ectropion. This is not a cancer.

It is common, and can cause women symptoms, such as bleeding after sex, it can be treated and the link I have sent you goes through the different treatments that may be discussed with you if you are having problems.
