I am sorry to hear about your dad and appreciate what a tough time this must be for you all.

It must be very upsetting for you and your dad to be suffering so badly with the sickness and I suggest you speak to the doctors and nurses involved in his care for their advice about what else can be done.

There could be a number of causes for this sickness and no one here will be able to say exactly what the problem is. I'm not sure what feed he is on or how much or how quickly this is given via his peg feeding tube but maybe this needs to be looked at as a possible cause.

Of course it could also be due to the disease itself or if the tumour is growing that then blocks something or a number of other reasons. We have a section about cancer and sickness here that may be worth a read.

It is important your dad is assessed by his team so they can gage what may be going on and try and manage it in the best way to make your dad more comfortable.
