I'm afraid I can't tell you when the breast clinic will contact you. You may get a phone call or a letter may be sent to you telling you your appointment date. If you don't hear anything after three weeks, you could try ringing the clinic to find out when your appointment will be.

Young women tend to have dense breasts so if this is your situation it is likely that  they will probably perform an ultrasound which is generally the best scan for assessing young women with breast symptoms. But the breast clinic team will advise you further on this after they assess you.
