Hello

I have two lymph nodes in each corner of my jaw which are both enlarged and probably ones the size or a grape and the other just a tad smaller, 

Thing is, my tonsils have been enlarged for months, i am getting them removed though very soon. My tonsils never go back down in size so im just wonder if this is the reason the lymph nodes in the corner of my jaw are enlarged??

Could this be a possibility?
