Although it is not recognised as a common side affect I have found threads on other forums discussing visual problems with taking this medication. An example of that is here.
Do contact your GP, hospital doctor or breast care nurse (CNS) ad let them know you are having problems so that they can assess and decide if it needs further investigation. Do be aware that as we age many of us can have our eyesight worsen, so it might also have nothing to do with the letrozole.
