Hi there 

I had PMB 18 years after my last period . Very heavy for a week then spotting . 
I have had a Hysterscopy and nothing could be found . Everything was absolutely fine . 
I had all the signs of a period , back ache, period pains , pains in my legs but all looked normal . 
I can understand how you feel as I was terrified it was something sinister . 
I hope you get some answers soon . Do you have an appointment booked

Hello and thank you for posting.

I'm sorry you are having a problem with bleeding, but I don't know if it is anything sinister.

Anyone noticing anything that is new or unusual for them that they are concerned about, should get checked by a doctor. Your GP is the only person who can assess you and decide if anything needs further investigation. I've posted here a link to post menopausal bleeding from the NHS website.

Hi thank you so much for replying. Always a worrying time when things 'aren't right'. Thankfully I have an appointment to see a gynaecologist next Monday so hopefully will discuss next steps then. Im so pleased your bleeding turned out to be nothing sinister x
