Hi, 

I have noticed over past few days that my left breast is sore from the nipple area up into my arm pit where at parts it's very tender to touch.  I have also had a clear sticky discharge from the Montgomeries on my areola.  I'm 51 and my last mammogram was start of last year where it was noted I had breast tissue quite high up in my left breast.  I also have mixed connective tissue disease.  Just concerned regards the pain when touching down the left side to my nipple. Any advice please. Also I have low B12 and have just started on Cyanocobalamin for this as extremely tired, weight loss, irritable, headaches every day. Thankyou x
