I'm sorry to hear you have noticed lumps and they are causing anxiety and concern, but I'm afraid no-one on this forum going to be able to say if there is anything the matter.

Most things are easily explained, and are not anything serious, but it would be good to contact your GP and organise a telephone conversation. They will then bring you into the surgery if they need to see you face to face. You can also ring NHS 111 for medical advice as well.
