Is this breast cancer

Hi a few weeks ago I noticed a lump in my left breast it's a funny shape and hard.I'm really worried as now my right brest has a lump it's more round,I keep getting itchy above my breasts and sore, sometimes my breasts are sore and I have some white dots and abit red, also very very bad lower stomach pain I'm. So worried please help

    It's a long weekend, so you will not get a response from a nurse until maybe Tuesday.

    Have you seen a doctor about this? If not, you need to make an appointment asap. Don't mess around with lumps. The vast majority of lumps tend to be benign, but let the doctors tell you that. No one on here, even the nurses, can tell you what it is or isn't.

    It can be a worry to notice changes in our bodies but there could be many reasons for these and most won't be cancer.

    Unfortunately no one here can say what the matter is so if these symptoms continue it would be best to arrange an appointment with your doctor so they can examine you and arrange some tests if needed.

    Breast lumps are common and are often caused by a change in hormones before a period, harmless cysts or a build up of fatty tissue. These can also cause breast pain and discomfort.

    As I say if this doesn't settle then do speak to your doctor.
