I have previously posted to Nurse Rachel about the effects of Letrizole but forgot to ask a very important question, my 93 year old Mother is on Letrizole and she suffers from heart failure, can Letrizole affect her heart?

If you scroll down to rare side effects you will see that it lists heart problems such as a fast heart rate, angina or heart attack. But please bear in mind that this is a very rare side effect and most people will not have any problems.
If you are worried about this, the best thing to do is talk it through with your mother's breast care team.
