I had 3 smear tests come back as HPV positive and no abnormal cells. I was invited to a colposcopy 2 weeks ago as I have had 3 positive HPV results. The lady who done the colposcopy didn't speak to me at all alls she said to me was she could not see anything that needed a biopsy and I will return back to 3 yearly smears. Today I received a letter in the post saying I have a virtual gynaecology consultation in just under 2 weeks time and I don't understand why if my colposcopy was ok. Has anyone else had one of these what was it regarding? Could something of been found? I am worried sick over it I can't understand why an appointment has been made to tell me no biopsy was needed so it must be something else
