Im worried about a lump

Im really worried about a lump ive found on my right buttock. Its very hard infact its solid, got a brown top to it but a pale brown it had grown in size. Its not painful or anything at all. But its concerning me and ive ignored it for months on end.

would anyone be able to help me upload a photo to which would be a close up so you can not see my buttock just the lump itself.

    Hi,

    I'm afraid the nurses won't be here until Monday. 

    Photos are not allowed as per the forum's Terms and Conditions.

    No on here can tell what the lump will be so the advice the nurses will give is to see your GP who may ask you to email the photo(s) to them. They will then decide if they either need to examine you in person or they may send the photos to the hospital (possibly dermatology) for examination.

    We are never able to look at photographs and any downloaded photographs would be deleted.

    Many people complain about lumps and in most cases they are harmless. We can't diagnose you but do make appointment with your GP so they can examine it and make a clinical judgement as to what could be causing it.

    I hope you are able to make an appointment soon even if it is for your own peace of mind.
