There are several sites that specialise in post surgery bras and may be able to give you some advice.

There is a website called Breast Cancer now which has a list of suppliers which you may find useful:

Some of these suppliers will be able to give you some advice about larger sizes and fittings.

Unfortunately, cancer research UK does not go up to a J cup.

I'd reccommend you try the 'Boob or Bust' facebook group as they are bra fitting specialists. I believe one of their fitters is trained for post op fittings and certainly I've seen people posting questions about post op surgery bras. I'm sure they would be able to help you.
