I'm afraid we are unable to diagnose or tell anyone if anything is the matter. Symptoms can often have straightforward medical explanations. Sometimes a lump can develop in response to a recent bacterial or viral infection elsewhere in the body. It can sometimes take several weeks for the lump to subside and sometimes they might not go back to their original size.

But only a doctor can make a medical assessment so the best thing to do is to make an appointment with your doctor to get checked out just to be on the safe side.
