I was diagnosed with Vulva cancer last year. My symptoms were very different to what you have. Vulva cancer is a slow developing cancer and is really rare in women under 60. 

Have you made a GP appointment to get it checked out? Try to stay away from Dr Google (I know this is difficult) as it tends to bring up the worst case scenario.

I’m afraid as nurses we are unable to diagnose or advise what the matter might be. We are not able to look at photos. 

Skin bumps and spots are common but they should always be checked out if they change shape, size, colour, or start oozing. This does not always mean that anything serious is wrong but they should be examined just to be on the safe side. The best thing to do is to contact your GP and let them have a look at it. They are very experienced at looking at skin conditions and spots. They will be able to examine you and decide whether you need to go for any further tests. Although this can seem frightening, in most cases the symptoms will be caused by something else other than cancer. But it is always sensible to get any problems checked out to be on the safe side. This is the best way of sorting out your concerns.
