I am sorry to hear about the symptoms you have and the tests you are currently undergoing and appreciate what a worry this must be for you.

All the waiting and not knowing can be unsettling but I'm afraid no one here can say what is going on or be able to tell you the next step other than your doctor.

A CT abdomen and pelvis scan looks at all the organs in that area such as bladder, bowel, uterus, ovaries and liver. It can pick up lymph nodes but not always whereas an ultrasound scan is a better test to check out any lumps and bumps nearer to the outside of the body.

Having several things highlighted as unusual in the body doesn't mean they are linked so try not to over think things until you have all the facts.

Ovarian cysts are common and most of the time won't be cancerous, especially in younger pre menopausal women, but if large may need to be surgically removed.
