I was referred by the 2 week wait for suspected esophageal cancer on August 5th. I have phoned the hospital and only been able to contact answer phones, leave phone numbers....but get no call backs. The stress is getting to me.
Hi Rhapsody, I would call your GP or whoever referred you to check that the referral was actually sent. It's possible that they made a mistake because you should have heard by now. I'm really sorry as I know how stressful the waiting is. I hope it gets sorted soon and the suspicions come to nothing. Let us know how you get on?
